During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking the necessary measures and precautions to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. We are prioritizing patients with severe pain, swelling and dental trauma.
We are screening over the phone for symptoms of COVID when scheduling appointments. We ask that you inform us by phone if there are any changes before arriving to the office. We will be rescheduling your appointment if you exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Upon arrival, we will take your temperature. All patients must use the provided hand sanitizer and complete the COVID-19 screening and consent form. Patients are required to wear a mask while in the office when not in treatment. We are implementing social distancing in our office and are reducing the number of people in the office at any one time. Only children and infirm patients are to be accompanied.
We are frequently wiping down surfaces in the office and ensuring that each treatment and consultation room is thoroughly cleaned prior to seating the next patient. Each dentist and staff member is screened on a daily basis. We will be wearing the necessary personal protective equipment to ensure staff and patient safety.
